Our MTSS Boot Camps deliver an intensive, high-impact learning experience designed for school and district leaders. In just a few days, participants gain the expertise, practical tools, and insights they need to bring real solutions back to their schools and drive meaningful change for students.

MTSS for Attendance

The MTSS for Attendance Boot Camp equips school and district leaders with proven strategies to reduce chronic absenteeism and build a culture of belonging. Designed and delivered by a former school and district leader with significant MTSS expertise, this intensive learning experience brings tested, real-world solutions straight to your team. In just four focused sessions, leaders gain the tools and confidence to turn attendance challenges into a sustainable system of support—created for school leaders, by school leaders

MTSS for Attendance

  • Over four fast-paced sessions, you’ll learn how to apply MTSS logic to improve attendance:

    • Day 1: Tier 1 foundations—Evaluating your sense of student belonging and community engagement.

    • Day 2: Building the team and establishing clear data-based protocols for regular review and problem-solving.

    • Day 3: Evidence-based Tier 2 interventions that work for a wide-range of ages (students & families).

    • Day 4: Leveraging internal and external resources for Tier 3 and beyond.

  • Live, 45-minute sessions run September 25, 26, 29, and 30 at 9:00 AM PST. Can’t make all the dates? No problem—you’ll get full access to recordings for any sessions you miss.

  • Join us live or watch the recordings at your convenience. Every participant also receives the full Boot Camp toolkit and resource materials.
