  • The MTSS Leadership Academy is a six-month professional learning experience designed to build the leadership capacity needed for effective, systemwide MTSS implementation.

    Participants can choose between:

    • Live Cohorts that meet monthly for 90-minute virtual sessions, with two scheduling options to fit your calendar

    • On-Demand Access to all recorded sessions and resources, allowing you to learn at your own pace

    All formats include:

    • Six (6) high-impact sessions spaced to allow time for application and reflection

    • Session recordings for flexible, asynchronous access and team sharing

    • Slide decks, facilitation guides, and implementation templates tailored for school and district leaders

    • Reflection and planning tools aligned to the stages of MTSS implementation

    • Peer collaboration through breakout dialogue (live) and access to the MTSS Action Network for ongoing connection and support

    Each session is grounded in implementation science and designed to move you from theory to action—equipping you to lead with clarity, confidence, and community.

    • Vision & Readiness: Aligning MTSS with district priorities and leadership goals

    • Tier 1 Foundations: Strengthening core systems across academics, SEL, and behavior

    • Leading Adult Learning: Building staff ownership and professional learning structures

    • Data & Teaming: Organizing data cycles and empowering effective team collaboration

    • Sustaining MTSS Work: Fidelity tools, progress monitoring, and stakeholder engagement

    • Scaling & Adapting: Addressing attendance, expanding Tier 2/3, and system alignment

  • Coaching is not included in the base cost of the MTSS Leadership Academy, but you can add a personalized coaching package to deepen your learning and accelerate implementation.

    These flexible 1:1 or small-group sessions give you the space to:

    • Get tailored feedback on your MTSS work

    • Ask site-specific implementation questions

    • Reflect on real-time leadership challenges

    • Plan next steps with confidence

    Whether you're refining data protocols, preparing for a tough conversation, or working through a systems barrier, coaching provides just-in-time clarity and support. Sometimes, 60 minutes is all it takes to get unstuck and move forward.

    Individualized Leadership Coaching:

    Personalized support to help you lead with clarity and confidence

    • 4 hours of 1:1 or small-group coaching - $600 (saves $150)

    • 6 hours of 1:1 or small-group coaching - $1250 (saves $250)

Scheduling Flexibility

Participants enrolled in the Live Cohort experience are encouraged to remain with their selected session time to foster continuity and community. However, if you are unable to attend a session in your assigned cohort, you are welcome to join the alternate session that same week to stay on track.
