Support for MTSS Leadership Academy

  • Dr. Rob Richardson, NCSP - Nationally Certified School Psychologist

"A well-designed Multi-Tiered System of of Supports (MTSS) empowers you to build a school culture grounded in equity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous growth. It helps ensure that every student gets the right support at the right time--and that educators are equipped to meet the diverse needs with clarity and confidence. "

  • Ms. Rhiannon Treat, Elementary School Principal

“As a principal, I’ve learned that MTSS isn’t just another initiative - it’s the foundation for creating a school where every student can thrive. Understanding MTSS helps me lead more effectively, make data-informed decisions, and support both students and staff in meaningful, sustainable ways. It’s not extra work - it is the work of effective school leadership.”
