Take 10 minutes. See your system differently.

As you work through the Reality Check, respond based on what you can demonstrate is happening today—not what you intend to have in place.

Don't worry about getting a “good” score.

Instead, notice:

What makes you pause?
Where are you most confident?
Where are you least certain?
Would your leadership team answer differently?

Those differences are worth exploring.

Using this with your team?

Ask everyone to complete the Reality Check independently first.

Then compare responses.

Where you're aligned matters.
Where you're not may matter even more.
